Yes for outbound, No for in bound - take more than 30 minutes, 2 pieces come out early, the other come out late.

-Competitive product for long hual J.
-Slight delay outbound, slightly early inbound.
-Reasonable meal quality and presentation, Can't quite match those on Air France or Lufthansa or Cathy or SA.
-on the CA segment, luggage allowances is confusing. AC-J is 3 piece, CA-J is 2 on the web, 3 if you call the HK CA office as it's consider part of international flight. CA call center consider the segment is domestic - 1 piece only!
-Numerous extra security checks in Beijing for a 2 hour transits.
-Menu the same both outbound and inbound, although the quality for YYZ-HKG taste better (that's from the wife) than the PEK-YYZ.
-Excellent timing PEK-YYZ, board (18:45), eat, sleep and viola in Toronto!
-Long walk/ride to the plane in CA 102 in HK airport.
