I've been to the CA first class lounge. The food selection is not as good as the CX lounge, but the lounge itself is nicer. I haven't tried too many of the offerings, but it is in the 'substantial snack' realm rather than anything approaching a meal. There was fruit, various biscuits, some ice-cream, I think, and different beverage options.
