FF scheme in economy

Hello,

I'm flying right now a MONE5
BA: CDG-LHR-CAI-LHR-SEZ-NBO-LUN//VFA-JNB//CPT-JNB
CX: JNB-HKG-CEB-HKG-BKK
QF: SIN-DPS-PER-SYD-CNS//BNE-CHC//BNE-xxx
AA: xxx-SFO-SJO-DFW-CUN-MIA-CDG

xxx is Hawaii, cant remember IATA code for it.

I'm an AA member. I kept the flight coupons for all my BA flights in the last 6 months (did not claim I was an AA member at this time).

Now I'm wondering what is wise about getting my miles in.

I'm flying CX in a couple of days from JNB and just joined Asia Miles a few minutes ago just in case.

Basically question is:
What should I do ? put everything on AAdvantage ? or split wisely ?

(I'm a mere peon and flying economy)

Any recommendation is welcome.
