sydney - johannesburg (south- afrika)

what is the best way for me when i live in Belgium and i want to buy the ticket in cairo ? Is it possible through the internet or by fax and a credit card? Do i have to start in cairo then ? Where to buy in cairo?Still have so many questions.
I like to start the first week of september and we 're with two persons.
