Do you mean the ANA My Choice meal selection which is a business class meal served for economy class pax? If so, that 5,000 JPY is up to you! The quality of ANA Business class meals is pretty good....I don't know if it is worth 65 USD.....I would probably just buy the udon if I was feeling hungry! IMO
