The short answer is no.

The longer answer is that you must be on a Y or B fare, so the H fare precludes you from doing the *A upgrade. You also must be ticketed on the code of the carrier operating the flight, so the UA codeshare number on the LH flight also precludes you from doing the *A upgrade.

Expect to ride in coach.
