I was coming to Europe anyway for a holiday and simply diverted to CAI to pick up my next OWE rather than Paris which is where I had bought the last couple. But a AONE3 from CAI is about 15% cheaper than a DONE3 from the Euro zone, so you could buy a separate MAN-CAI-MAN plus a First Class RTW for the rest of your trip for about the same as you would pay for Business Class from MAN.
