There are a couple of electronic timetables for Oneworld flights that you can use for trip planning.

There are a number of problems with your routing that will require you to choose transit points or alternative routings. For example, there are no direct flights NYC-MEX nor MEX-LIM nor IPC-AKL, etc. I do not think that OW carriers fly to KTM. The only way to get to CAI from BOM is via LHR but once you return to LHR your trip is completed (assuming you start from LHR).

You might also take a look at Star Alliance routings, although they don't go to all the places you want to go to either. Their electronic timetable can be downloaded from here.
