I Paid a photo ticket for running a red in Florida, because if I lost the fight then there were insurance consequences and a higher fine.

The video and photo quality was AMAZING.

clearly a revenue grab though and completely FASCIST.

So it is very easy for them to see your car, and ticket it, and then you pay the reduced price ticket and the fee for the company that handles the tickets for the rental car company.

I don't know how u would avoid that even if u live in another country if u rented a car.
