Both. They have a short menu of 5 or so items that are cooked to order for you as well as the usual appetizers, sushi, salmon and sweets. Drinks are what ever you want. During the day there are refreshments and snacks and the staff could not be more helpful regarding anything you need. Note this is the lounge in the Towers which is separate from the lounge in the regular hotel. The Towers is it's own building in this hotel.
