I wouldn't exactly call them hidden as the allowable airlines are spelled out in the rules.

For GE they are: AA, AO, AY, AX, BA, CX, EI, FJ, GF, IB, LA, LP, PH, QF

For OWE they are: AA, AY, AX, BA, CX, EI, IB, LA, LP, QF

In addition, travel on affiliates (listed here) of these carriers is allowed.

I do not believe there are any direct flights from PPT to APW.
