Reward travel for this property appears to be on hold until later this year. I have been in contact with several representatives with the hotel about booking a reward trip in late May. I keep receiving basically the same response concerning reward travel....

"The Conrad Koh Samui is in the midst of its pre-opening and we expect to open our doors at the end of the summer. Simultaneously, the Hilton HHonors program is undergoing an exciting transformation where many changes and benefits will be made available (pay with points and cash, premium room upgrades, and premium room bookings). Because of this integration and the fact that the Conrad Koh Samui has one of the more complicated back of house accounting and reservations systems we are currently removed from the program until the transformation is complete or until we start operating."

They have been very quick with their response, but not able to assist with any travel at this time. My travel window is very limited and I am trying to get reward travel on Cathay Pacific in First Class. I have been successful in making several reservation holds, but as time passes the availability of these tickets are becoming harder to find.

I sure hope the get their reservation system up and running sooner than later.
