Earlier comments about Cairo needing help from London in pricing OWE's when the itin gets controversial may be true, but for a non-controversial trip, Ms. Sobhi seems to be able to churn out a rate in hours instead of the days I've come to expect from the state-side rate desks. We still have the "pick up the tickets" step to go, but the rest of it went more smoothly than any other rtw I've ever booked.
