I certainly agree with that. I have never had any problems with CO agents or seen anyone who was behaving politely have a problem with CO agent. I think it is very important for people to remember that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Some of the rants here make me think the posters who habitually complain were rude in the first instance.
