lol, so apply the old exchange rate to the amount paid and the new exchange rate to the re-issue. this would be like the time i tried to drop two countries and was told i needed to pay an
extra 108usd in taxes.
i will be sure to let you know the results. If all else fails a quick mileage run to EZE may be in my future.
