I agree. I just wish Smisek would stop his patronizing "changes you'll like" spiel, because we all know he's worried about paying the bills, not making FFs happy.

I do, to UALSurvey after each flight, and in between, to PE Voice. But neither of those are as fun as annoying a CO kool-aid drinker here.
