It was from a live cop, not camera. Never paid the ticket... Got 3 warnings at home in the mail... Last one in May threatening my ability to travel overseas, arrest warrants, yadda yadda yadda.... Since then I've travelled to Europe and USA without any hitches....

That's just one of the benefits of being a traveller, you respect other countries laws, if you break a law, if it is something major, you will pay the consequences no matter where you live, if it's just a parking ticket or speeding ticket, you don't have to pay it if you don't go back to that country. Just the way the world works...
