If you are in transit internationally there are a couple of pay to enter lounges that you can use, Shongololo and a new one that is upstairs near the SAA and BA lounges. (sorry I cannot remember the name). The BA lounge does not open until mid afternoon for the evening departures.

If you are flying onwards on SAA in business class you can use the SAA lounges either in the domestic or international terminals.
