It's DL's violations of contractual relationships already formed -- as memorialized upon issuance of a ticket -- that is a harder sell for DL than DL's changing the T&C of SkyMiles and/or how DL issues contracts after the announcement of this customer-unfriendly, draconian restriction to changes/cancellation of mileage tickets within 72 hours of scheduled departure.
