SIN-HKG-NRT-HKG-NRT could be revised to SIN-HKG-KIX or NGO or Fukuoka or CTS-HKG-NRT

As the post above, you can only have 2 stop over in continent of origin. If you do it right you can have these sectors last, and have, for example 6 month stop over in Japan before a trip to HKG. (where we assume you live).

Another strategy is start in KIX, NGO, Fukuoka or CTS so going back to NRT does not terminate the ticket. You can have an open jaw. SIN-HKG-NRT-HKG-NRT can then be a valid routing at the end of your trip. NRT and HKG can be your 2 stop overs. The ticket is valid for 12 months so you 12 months to get the last sector
