... The most common stuff they leave out are dental kits, mineral water, toiletries ( or the lack of ), coffee/tea, DVD player and most will say internet connection. Some are available "upon request" and might be "subject to availability" while others are chargeable. This is annoying to me because I don't like to waste time to call for stuff that should be all there in the room for my convenience in the first place.
