This is a significant improvement. I remember the JAL personnel checking our passports (which don't have addresses) last June when we used these (HND-CTS-HND and HND-OKA-HND), but they didn't check anything else. (I was actually working in Japan, so technically not allowed to use these then. Family was there just as tourists.)
