I am wondering if the Chauffeur Drive service can provide bigger cars for group of 3 adults traveling together (total of 3 suitcase and 3 carry-on baggages)?

At the moment, we have requested 2 cars as we have gotten mixed responses from Emirates call centre about availability of a single bigger vehicle for pickup as we prefer to be able to travel together but still fit all our baggages. We have pick ups arranged at various destinations in Europe, not just Dubai.

They say they can't guarantee that a big vehicle will be available at particular cities (even in Dubai?? - thought they have Viano vans) and if only one car is sent but if it isn't big enough, then another car will have to be arranged at the time, which will delay things. In order to not risk us not getting to our destination, I opted for the 2 car option.

I read online that various people have made similar arrangement but when the car company called the day prior to confirm, they asked for a bigger vehicle and they usually get it. But, I am just wondering, if expecting to be called the day before will be reliable as I will be in a different country to my pick up and I'm not sure they will try to call me given I will be in a different country or if roaming may not work...

Any advice will be appreciated.
