I don't think any plane has row 6 by itself except the 3-class A330 which has row 6 by itself then 7-11 in the main cabin.
On the 3 class plane I'd take row 6 or 7. On the 2 class all the seats are pretty much the same IME.
On the refurbished 2-class 300ER's with lie-flat seats, row 6 is behind the galley, just in front of Y by itself.
