2 class - Rows 1-6 all in one cabin.
3 class - Row 6-7 in a mini cabin and 8-11 in the "main" cabin.

I don't think any plane has row 6 by itself except the 3-class A330 which has row 6 by itself then 7-11 in the main cabin.

On the 3 class plane I'd take row 6 or 7. On the 2 class all the seats are pretty much the same IME.
