Fees and Taxes on RTW ticket?
I'm thinking of buying an AONE6 for travel next year. Am I going to get nickel and dimed to death with hundreds or thousands of dollars in fees and taxes above the cost of the ticket?

How much should I expect to tack on to the cost for your standard 15 or so segment trip?
