Upgrade to 5* here in New Zealand is only on the 1year sweep.Rang the NZ office but was curtly told I would have to wait.
It gives me no incentive to continue using Hertz until this comes through. Will now spend my money elsewhere & achieve status with Europcar.
Revenue lost for Hertz.. strange programme Hertz Gold.
