I was more than 10 pages behind due to being out of the country - finally caught up - - just curious . . .

Has anyone recently had miles thrown at them after sending a complaint eMail? I don't remember seeing any RECENT reports of any. Just wondered if they're still doing this, or if anyone is seeing any pattern to who get what.
