Also the Delta Amex Reserve offers a Milesboost. Spend $30k in a calendar year, get 15,000 MQM. Spend $60k, get 30k MQM.

And then there's the option of buying Y,B,M fares to get the 50% MQM bonus.

Finally, they sometimes run promos for flying out of particular airports but I'm not aware of any right now.
