Spend $25,000 on your Amex (if it's Platinum) and get 10,000 MQM, otherwise it's plain old flying... I could be wrong, but Delta hasn't offered any special promotions this year that include extra MQMs other than the transfer bonus. Keep checking. Right around Christmas last year they had some special where if you gave money to particular charities, you got bonus MQM's. Who knows if they will do it again this year.
