Under the EU regulations 261 BA would reimburse your expenses (assuming they are applying the EU regulations, which I suspect they will) but for LHR/London during the last big snow chaos the limit that BA was prepared to reimburse was £200 per couple/family/solo traveller per night for accommodation and £25 per day per person for food and one phone call, if I remember correctly, so I cannot see that BA would reimburse more than that.
