1. Do you have an "exclude from pre-approved marketing offers" box checked on your credit reports?
2. Do you have "allow sharing contact information with marketing affiliates" boxes in all your frequent flyer and bank account checked?
You will unlikely get any targeted offers if credit card issues just don't have your information to target you.
As far as your high credit score goes ... could be a blessing and a curse at the same time - on one side banks will be missing interest income, on the other side they could get a high spender (from which they will continuously get interchange fees for every $ spend) and next to zero chances of any collection problems (which is a big problem for bank nowdays).
