If you can, go for a window and aisle together (assuming you want to be next to your traveling companion and not as far apart as possible). Some people like the mini cabin feel in the row on its own but for others it is a little claustrophobic. If you are in the mini cabin or bulkhead row in large cabin at least no one can recline into you but for some the window seats in this row are a little restrictive.
