i guess it also depends on how long the flight your on is. The longer the flight the more its worth it. The extra recline is very nice indeed. As for the free booze, don't expect them to come around and refill your glass with scotch, wine, or whatever else it is your drinking like your in business class. They come around once and after cabin service is finished, your toast.
