I understand that you are a travel agent. As such you should be in a position to state "CX pays $xxx on a OWE, etc." instead of avoiding the question and lecturing us kindergarten kiddies about how we should go about our business. Sorry to get personal about this, but over the couple of years I've participated here, I've come to expect that your posts are generally more self-indulgent than useful.
