1. Hyatt FAQs & Tutorial on Getting Hyatt Points - PLEASE READ

Please use CTRL-F function on the page.

2. Once a property let me slide and refunded the amount charged on my credit card due to my error in making the reservation. But I don't think this is Hyatt's normal policy, YMMV.
