We decided to stay in this hotel because we have an early morning flight, and we have lots of luggage to manage. Now I have made my reservations I realize that I have no idea how to get to the hotel. I called and the young man who answered the phone said I needed to park in the parking garage and then walk into the hotel.

We will not have a car. Normally we are delivered to the curb, put our luggage in the hands of curbside check-in and catch our flight. Am I going to have to manage all of my luggage from the entrance to the airport to some place in the middle of the airport where the hotel is?

My husband and I are older and physically disabled. I will be in my wheelchair, and my husband cannot carry all of our luggage. How can I obtain help to reach the hotel? Is there anyway a taxi can deliver us directly to the entrance of the hotel?
