Unfortunately, I can not find routes via HEL, BCN, or MAD.
Because of no additional segment is permitted in the originating continent, following routes is not permitted.

MAN-LHR-ACC/o-LHR-ORD/o-USA/o-HKG/o-ASIA/o-HKG/o-FRA-BCN-CAI/o-BCN-MAN

MAN-LHR/ACC/o-LHR/ORD/o-USA/o-HKG/o-ASIA/o-HKG/o-HEL-BCN-CAI/o-BCN-MAN

BCN-MAN is 5th segment in the originating continet, so not permitted.
I tried to search a direct flight between asia and BCN, but failed.

Unterwegs, may you show your suggested route ?
