First, you can do easter island. Second, you can do cairo and dubai on the same ticket. Third, you have too many segments. Fourth, from london, you can go to cairo *or* dubai *or* moscow, but *not* all three. Fifth, you get 4 segments, not four flights, not four sectors, four segments. A segment is a single flight number. So if you went from Cairo to Barcelona, that would be a segment. If you went from Cairo to Madrid, that would be a segment if you kept a single flight number, even if it stops in Barcelona and is actually two flights.
Assuming that you want to stop at all the place that you broke your list at and are not sensitive to a specific order, your itinerary will look like this.
CAI-MAD-SCL-IPC-SCL-UIO//LIM-SCL-SYD-HKG-DPS-
HKG-CMB//HKG-NRT-LHR-DXB//MOW-LHR//MAD-CAI
You will need to get your own tickets wherever the // is. So between Quito and Lima (which is about $150), between Colombo and Bangkok (which is about $200), between Bangkok and Hong Kong (which is about $200), between Moscow and Dubai (which is about $400), and between London and Madrid (which is about $75). Or you can take off some of those stops.
