From what I see... you can't jump from SCL to HKG via SYD. That would count it as a Continent. So the AONE3 has to be a 4.

You're only allowed 2 stopovers from your originating continent .. which is EUROPE (CAI is considered EUROPE in this case) so basically you'd have to cut out a few flights on the way home.

You're allowed only 4 sectors per continent. Any other you'd have to pay extra with the exception of the originating continent.
