Depends on when / where she works it might not be that bad. It just 30 min on train afterall (but well if you will be in HK for October I will say save that for later)
I will just crash into Wing as it's more airy, might be bit crowd but better than the windowless pier. If you want a quiet break then pier should be your choice (of course also depends on which gate you are arriving and departing.
I know she works in Hong Kong Island (did I say that right?) She's a banker and keeps crazy hours.

I have absolutely no idea which terminal or what gate I'll arrive at and depart from. I'm on CX from SIN-HK and HK-SFO. This will be my 3rd time transiting in HK and first time on CX. The other 2 times were on SQ and I didn't have to change planes. Will do the Wing then. Looks great from the CX website.
