No, it is part of the ongoing expenditure of IT resources to remove features / information customers need / want, rather than waste money fixing things that don't work.
The design of the confirmation Emails was overhauled (again) some time between 08-Jul and 17-Aug. I'm glad to see they finally took care of the stupid " " before the day of the week in the date column of the itinerary section, and the new design
is much fresher and more aesthetically appealing. From my limited experience, however (one Email?) this is not the only important bit of info that has been designed out of the confirmation Emails.
