I was under the impression that SJU is not part of continental US, and thus, SJU-HNL still means "continental US" hasn't been touched. The arrival into Los Angeles on the HNL-LAX is the first touch on "continental US", and then the remaining NA sectors could be used (#1 was Antigua-SJU, #2 was SJU-Hawaii, #3 was Hawaii-LAX). Thus, is SJU part of "continental US" or ??
