The info you provide, still does not help much. What kinds of fares will you purchase? For instance, does your employer allow paid F for 2 hours+ or at least on TCON? Will there be any intl travel and, if so, will it be in paid C or F? If you don't get paid premium, will your employer purchase a Y-UP fare which gets you instant F? You note that your employer has corporate deals with UA and US. What exactly are they? Some provide treatment as Y with purchase of certain discount buckets. That gets you Y-UP for a discount. If you are in Y, will your employer purchase E+ on UA?
If you will largely be flying up front, elite status doesn't matter and you are looking at *A miles either way. If you will be flying in coach, UG's matter a lot and you need to determine the locations to which you are flying.
A ton of variables and the devil is in the details.
