Yeah, there's got to be an easier way, no? As a plat, I spent almost 3 hours rebooking myself and my family from Saturday night to Friday night. Ironically, I originally had UA flights on my ticket but, due to a schedule change, I had CO flights. And then when I needed to go back to UA flights due to the storm, it was a ridiculously complicated and messed up transaction -- requiring several calls to get on the right flights, get the tickets "in sync," etc. And this was all without long waits to get through to the Plat. desk. What a mess.
