I was supposed to fly ORD > EWR on Monday morning. I waited on hold for about 45 minutes last night. Agent told me that all flights to EWR on Monday and some Tuesday are already canceled. However, she was able to put me on a Tuesday morning flight ORD > PHL. But she had to speak to a supervisor or some other department to do this. She had me on hold for about 15 minutes, then came back and said she was still waiting on hold herself. I waited 15 more minutes, then she said she could handle it from there, and they would call me back if there was any issue.
I can now see both the ORD > EWR and ORD > PHL itineraries on the My Reservations page.
