By the way, chrishow, one point about the seat: it is best used as a bed except at mealtimes (and even then I don't usually convert back to seat mode for the second meal service) whatever the time of day.

My tip would be to grab an extra pillow after take-off - as they tend to be removed fairly quickly - and then convert your seat into a bed to relax/watch movies/sleep after eating.

Unless you need to work this maximises the benefits of the seat in my experience.
