If all the rooms are suites and more or less the same kind, what the hotel could do about upgrades ?
There are different types of "suites" - at least 3 types, as far as I can see from the website. So there is ample possibility to upgrade a Diamond member.
So if they want to - they can certainly take care of Diamonds, like every other chain resort in MLE does.
But apparently they are more interested to milk they customer then to serve them.
It really put me off this place, and I thought that it's good that other Diamonds know what to ( not ) expect.
