It's been taking me 60-90 minutes to get through to CO. Third time calling now. Got through but now waiting to get a supervisor to help out making a change. Taking a very long time but understandable. Last night the agent I spoke to was in her 12th hour of work so I'm sure they are using all available resources.
After a solid 2 hours the ticket is re-issued. The last 45 minutes was waiting for a supervisor to override the boking class

How can CO not give agents on the Plat line the authority to do this especially in situations like this?
Don't get me wrong, I am not blaming the agents, but I don't understand why they can't upstaff accordingly
