After a solid 2 hours the ticket is re-issued. The last 45 minutes was waiting for a supervisor to override the boking class How can CO not give agents on the Plat line the authority to do this especially in situations like this?
Don't get me wrong, I am not blaming the agents, but I don't understand why they can't upstaff accordingly
