Not even close. Just fly direct YYZ-CDG on AC J. I'm assuming you are continuing on CDG-BKK in TG F (why else would someone fly through there!), so you can access the star alliance First Class lounge, or you can travel to Paris with all of the time you saved.
Unfortunately there is no J availability from YYZ to CDG on my date
Even if I am willing to pay AC fees....
